RealEdits is a video editing app built specifically for real estate agents. It lets you record, edit, and export professional property videos directly from your iPhone — no desktop software, no complicated editing timeline. Just tap, record, and share.

Yes — RealEdits is free to download from the App Store. You can create and preview your property videos at no cost. A Pro subscription is required to export and save your finished videos.

RealEdits works on any iPhone or iPad running iOS 16 or later. For the best recording quality, we recommend iPhone 12 or newer.

No. All your videos, projects, and profile information are stored locally on your device. RealEdits does not upload your footage or personal content to any server. You have full control — delete the app and all data is removed.

Open the app and tap the Export tab — you’ll be prompted to choose a Pro Monthly or Pro Yearly plan. Payment is processed securely through your Apple ID.

You must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.

Yes — subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You’ll receive a renewal notification from Apple before each charge.

Tap Restore Purchases on the paywall screen. This re-links your Apple ID purchase to the app. If the issue continues, restart the app and try again, or contact us at [email protected].

2. Enter your property details (address, listing type, features)
3. Choose how to add footage — record in-app or import from your library
4. Select a style preset (Snappy, Balanced, or Luxury)
5. Add music and voiceover if desired
6. Preview and export

Your agent profile adds your branding to every video. To set it up:

1. Go to Settings → Agent Profile
2. Enter your name, title, and contact details
3. Upload your headshot and agency logo
4. Save — your branding will automatically appear on your end cards and watermarks

Tap Property Details when creating or editing a project. You can enter:

• Property address
• Listing type (For Sale / For Rent)
• Bedrooms, bathrooms, car spaces
• Floor area (sqm or sqft)
• Key features

These details populate the property info bar that appears on your video.

Guided Recording gives you a step-by-step shot list for the property walkthrough. The app tells you exactly what to film for each shot — so even if you’re new to video, you’ll capture everything you need.

1. Tap Guided Recording when starting a new video
2. Follow the on-screen shot prompts (e.g. “Front exterior — wide shot”)
3. Tap Record, film the shot, then tap Stop
4. Review the clip — keep it or re-shoot
5. Move to the next shot

Yes — tap Import from Library when adding footage to pull in clips from your iPhone Photos library. You can mix imported footage with clips recorded in-app.

Go to the Watermark settings in your project. Once your logo is uploaded in your Agent Profile, you can enable it to appear in the corner of every clip during recording. You can choose which corner it sits in.

Style presets control the pacing, colour grade, and music mood of your video:

• Snappy — Fast cuts, high energy. Perfect for entry-level homes and social media content.
• Balanced — Smooth, neutral pacing. Works for any property type.
• Luxury — Slow, cinematic movement. Ideal for premium and high-end listings.

In the Timeline Editor, tap a clip and use the Speed slider. You can set clips between 0.5× (slow motion) and 2.0× (fast forward). Use the fine-tune control for precise adjustments. The combined speed multiplier is shown so you can see the overall effect.

In the Clip Editor, tap Text Overlay to add custom text to a clip. For room labels (e.g. “Master Bedroom”, “Living Room”), use the Room Label feature — these appear as styled lower-thirds on your footage.

1. Tap the Music tab in your project
2. Browse the track library and tap Preview to hear it with your video
3. Tap Choose a Track to select it
4. Adjust the music volume using the slider

All music tracks in RealEdits are licensed for commercial use in your videos.

1. Go to the Voiceover Studio tab
2. Your video plays above so you can narrate in sync
3. Tap Start Recording and speak naturally
4. Tap Stop Recording when done
5. Preview the mix — re-record if needed

In the Mix view, drag the sliders to adjust the balance between music and voiceover in real time. Music automatically ducks under any speech — your voiceover and anyone talking on camera — so you never have to mix it by hand. Tap Preview Mix to hear the result before exporting.

3. Tap Save to Photos to download to your camera roll
4. From Photos, share directly to Instagram, Facebook, email, or any platform

A Pro subscription is required to export and save videos.

Exported videos are saved directly to your iPhone Photos library. From there you can share them anywhere — Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, email, or upload to your real estate portal.
